Are all pairs handmade?
Yes. Each pair is cut, stitched, shaped, and finished by hand in Pakistan. Small variations in grain and finish are natural marks of genuine leather and handwork.
How long does an order take?
Ready pieces are normally prepared for dispatch within 2–4 working days. Made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be shared when your order is confirmed.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually amend an order before preparation begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once a pair has entered production or been dispatched.
